September 24 Webinar: Internal Controls in a Small Staff Office Environment

PSIA-AASI Receives Top ASAE Honors
American Association of Snowboard Instructors (PSIA-AASI) has earned the highest industry honor, a 2014 ASAE Power of A Summit Award, for its initiative to provide free training resources and materials to volunteers and professionals who teach snowboarding, alpine and nordic skiing to people with different developmental and physical abilities. The Power of A Summit Awards are ASAE’s highest recognition for associations that make exemplary commitments to creating a stronger America and world. More details.
The Effect of Canada’s New Anti-Spam Legislation on Associations

When some projects seem overwhelming, it’s time to start using checklists. To achieve the results, the adage, “when eating an elephant --- take one bite at a time,” promotes breaking big jobs into small tasks. Checklists detail the best ways to accomplish projects. CSAE 2013 Association Executive Compensation and Benefits Study Available
Conducted in the spring of 2013, the survey measured compensation levels, fringe benefits, personnel practices and benefits practices in 21 states, including Colorado. The 74-page report is presented in two sections, one covering the entire 21 states participating and the other covering only the state of Colorado. More information.
