CSAE's highest honor is presented for outstanding long-term service to CSAE and the association community by an individual member and is granted for exceptional volunteer service and leadership, as well as demonstrable success in advancing accomplishments in their professional and personal lives

Also known as the "unsung" Hero" award, the Volunteer of the Year Award is presented to an individual member for dedicated service to CSAE, primarily through committee participation. This award shows appreciation to those members who make extraordinary things happen behind the scenes at CSAE

CSAE's Outstanding New professional of the Year is presented to a new association executive or associate member for exemplary service and support to CSAE and the association/nonprofit management field. This award reflects a high level of commitment to professional growth and personal pride in the association/nonprofit management industry
