Okay, you’ve been thinking about how to be more relevant? What’s holding you back – time, money, member buy-in? Well, wait no longer.

Learn how to change your association and position your industry for the future. Through member engagement, use of current data and analytical decision-making, we’ll show you how you can take your organization to new levels of relevance while working in the present. Don’t let money or time hold you back.

Throw all that theory aside and get ready for a case study of how the Association of periOperative Registered Nurses is managing its future with a five-year business plan that changes the direction of their association, and the way they market and sell their products and services. This is a whole new paradigm of customized services and products for both individual and corporate memberships, not a 1980s view of membership, so don’t go there.

This case study will touch on the competitive factors impacting the decision to change the business model as well as short and long-term strategies

You’ll learn the necessary steps so that you, too, can systematically make the changes that will guide and influence the future success of your association and industry. It is possible to build on the present to create the future.  Let us show you how.

Professional Member “Listening” Session
Immediately following the luncheon Professional members will be able to participate in an informal “listening" session. Sharpen Your Image With a New Photo
New member Katie Warnke of GreenEarth Photography will be setting up her portable studio and taking professional headshots of CSAE members at our February 2 luncheon from 10 am - 1:30 pm. This is a great opportunity to update your professional image at a volume-discounted rate of only $125/person. These are 10-minute time slots for both the photo session and for you to choose your favorite image. You'll receive the high-resolution file within five days of the shoot. If there are ten or more people signed up, Katie will bring in a master hair & makeup artist! Please contact Katie to schedule your time slot in advance at 303-588-7446 or Katie@GreenEarthPhotography.com.

What others are saying…
Katie is great, I’ve worked with her multiple times for headshot and a family photo… this is a really nice benefit for members.
