Resume service
and job referral
CSAE is committed
to assisting association executives with their employment needs. Resumes
are kept on file for all association positions from administrative assistant
to executive director and are designed to match applicants with positions
available in the association field.
Associations looking
to fill a position may ask CSAE, at no charge, to search its job bank for
possible candidates that match the open position. Or, for a minimal fee,
associations may broadcast the job description to members requesting candidate
referrals.
Members looking
to make a job change may post their resume with CSAE for a six-month period.
Resumes are matched with positions posted based on the criteria submitted
by the applicant and submitted directly to applying associations.
Assistance request
Do you have a
question? Assistance request is designed to provide you with quick answers
from other members about a particular issue via a broadcast fax.
Resource library
Located at the
CSAE office, the resource library is a collection of current publications
on association non-profit management-related topics and resource materials
developed and used by CSAE members in their own associations. Back issues
of Association Management magazine and The Executive Memo are also on file,

is a basic-level orientation program designed to introduce newcomers or

Certified Association
Executive (CAE)
The Certified
Association Executive (CAE) designation is tile most prestigious professional
designation for individuals in the association management profession. The
CAE program is administered by the American Society of Association Executives
(ASAE). CSAE, as an ASAE-designated agent, conducts orientation sessions
and provides mentors and study groups in preparation for the CAE exam.

Executive Memo
is the only monthly publication in Colorado that's designed exclusively
for this state's association executive. Each month, industry trends, legislative
and management issues, and local events are featured, keeping association

Members are encouraged
to submit articles to this publication. Each month, The Executive Memo
editorial committee reviews and compiles content for upcoming issues. Completed

directory lists all CSAE members, both alphabetically and by membership
